All-in pricing — how it works

Every Tixticks listing displays the per-ticket price including the buyer service fee. The number you see on the seat map is the number you pay. VAT or local sales tax (where applicable) is line-itemised in the checkout summary so you can audit each charge before paying.

Compared with traditional ticketing platforms that surface a base price and add fees on the final screen, our "all-in first" approach saves you the surprise — and lets you compare two listings on Tixticks accurately at a glance.

FAQ

Are fees included in the listed price?
Yes. Tixticks shows the all-in per-ticket price including service fee on every listing tile and the seat-map detail. Adjust quantity to see the same price scale recalculate.
Why does Tixticks charge a service fee?
The service fee covers FanProtect verification, secure payment processing, the 150% Money-Back Guarantee, customer support and Mobile Transfer delivery infrastructure.
Are fees different for World Cup 2026 vs Premier League?
Service fee percentages can vary slightly by competition, but the all-in price you see on the listing is what you pay. There is no "drip pricing" added at checkout.
Do sellers also pay a fee?
Yes — the seller-side fee is detailed in the /seller-agreement and on /sell-tickets. Buyer-side and seller-side fees together fund the marketplace.
How do refunds and fees interact?
Guarantee-eligible refunds return the full ticket price plus the buyer service fee — there is no deduction. Voluntary cancellations (post-confirmation) are not eligible; relisting on Tixticks is the recommended path.
